Property Management Personnel, Inc. is a full service staffing company dedicated to the property management industry since 2003. The Staffing/ HR/ Admin Assistant position is Part Time with a high potential for growth.

The ideal candidate will be someone who would like to re-enter the workforce, who has recently graduated or in college. This current position is parent friendly, the hours are 9am to 3pm Monday through Thursday.

Staffing / HR / Admin Assistant Requirements

  • Professional appearance, attitude and exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Strong computer skills, we are a Apple environment.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, very organized.
  • Customer centered attitude.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written direction
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi task.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks as scheduled.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Staffing/ Admin Assistant Job Description

  • Answer phone, screen calls and take accurate messages and process resumes into data base.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both client sand candidates.
  • Fully complete employment applications process in accordance with company policy.
  • Complete employment and education verifications twice daily.
  • Process previous employee files into electronic file and system.
  • Follow company guideline for required documentation.
  • Set up employee profile and recreate resume to company standards.
  • Enter all employee correspondence into database
  • Participate in weekly payroll process
  • Oversee testing of applicants.
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Email complete information to candidate for staffing requests.
  • Complete other required paperwork and other general office duties.
