We are currently seeking Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for open positions at communities in the greater Ventura County or West San Fernando Valley Areas. This position requires experience working at a large apartment community and industry standard trainings. Apartment Service / Maintenance Technician Requirements

2 years minimum recent experience as a Service/ Maintenance Technician at an apartment community.

  • Minimum site experience of 200 apartment homes
  • Recent apartment Safety and/or CalOSHA training certificate
  • Recent Fair Housing Training Certificate
  • EPA Lead Certification
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Apartment Service / Maintenance Technician General Job Description

  • Tend to maintenance request for current resident apartments or commercial tenants as directed.
  • Repair or replace electrical items, plumbing items, drywall repair and paint.
  • Ensure all work is completed with in the a reasonable period of time. 
  • Complete unit turns/ make ready apartments or commercial offices with in given time frame.
  • Make requested repairs to the building and property as directed by management
