Currently seeking an Experienced Property Manager for a large apartment community (300+ Units) with over 5 years of professional experience. 

 

APARTMENT / PROPERTY MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise and direct the daily operation of an apartment community.
  • Obtain and/or work with current vendors to upgrade and/or maintain the asset.
  • Maintain high occupancy level through effective marketing, staff motivation and resident satisfaction.
  • Supervise and direct all staff including; Assistant Manager, Leasing and Maintenance
  • Create, implement and assess the marketing of the community
  • Direct, motivate and train leasing/resident services and maintenance personnel.
  • Address concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Direct maintenance staff to insure the asset is maintained, service requests are tended to in a timely fashion and apartments are ready for move in.
  • Issue a variety of legal notices and letters.
  • Implement the policies and procedures set forth by the managing company.
APARTMENT / PROPERTY MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing a 300 apartment home community.
  • Proven track record required.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Strong leadership, communication, management and sales skills.
  • Flexible energetic and organized
  • Ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to change, and team leader.
  • Outgoing, warm and friendly.
  • Property/asset management software.
  • Microsoft/WEB based programs including Word and Excel.
  • Experienced with generating all required reports.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
