Lease Administrator Job Description

  • Work with Leasing Consultants and Portfolio Managers to qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.
  • Follow up with prospective residents to obtain required information.
  • Assist/ set up advertising for available apartment home including adding new photos and information.
  • Retrieve and enter a variety of information into computer programs.
  • Other general office duties.
  • Comply with all State, Local and Federal Fair Housing and ADA laws.
  • Assist associates in tending to all functions of the management Office as directed by the Director of Operations and President.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years professional apartment leasing experience with a minimum of a 200 apartment community.
  • Experience marketing available apartments.
  • Current training in Fair Housing and Leasing Practices
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong computer and communication skills including property management specific software.
  • High School Diploma or GED, minimum.
