This position supports the Portfolio Manager and oversees the payables and receivables for a group of properties. Experience is required for this role with a mid-sized property management company or as an assistant manager at a large apartment community (0ver 400 units) where the primary role tended to the financials. The position is Contract, Contract to Hire allowing both you and the client to make an educated hiring decision. The company is located is the West Los Angeles Area.
